Our good friend Hazel Galvez of Tagaytay's Massimo Ristorante surprised us today with her freshly-slow-churned Tahitian Vanilla Bean Gelato!

She used The Vanilla Company’s Gold Label Tahiti Vanilla Beans (known to top gourmands for its exceptional vanilla goodness), top-quality cream and lots of organic duck eggs, which elevated her gelato to the next creamy level! What could we say but Yummmmmy! Thanks Hazel!
